During the 28th annual Middfest’s (International/cultural conference) Business Exchange Program that featured Mongolia, which was held in Middletown, Ohio. Coordinated field trips and tours for the business people in local firms, and organization. (Direct result of the work (interview) was published in the local Middletown journal.)

As a GA, I assisted with process improvement projects and organizational design projects. Coordinated and invited guest speakers for the school and the Intercultural Club in LU. Co-organized International Festival each semester with the related faculties. Assisted students in registering for classes. Received and directed visitors to the office, answered phone calls, updated and maintained paper/electronic databases and academic rosters.
